This Return Policy applies to preorders and purchases of Birds of a Feather made through thebirdsofafeatherbook.com, operated by Third Haven Press.

Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund at any time before your book ships. To cancel, contact us at the email below with your order details.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We'll happily send a replacement copy.

Refund Processing

Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
