These Terms of Service govern your preorder of Birds of a Feather through thebirdsofafeatherbook.com, operated by Third Haven Press ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing a preorder, you agree to these terms.

Preorder Terms

Birds of a Feather is currently in production, with an expected release of Fall 2026. By placing a preorder, you are reserving a copy of the book in advance of its publication. Your payment method will be charged at the time of preorder.

Shipping

Preordered books will ship as soon as they are available, on or near the release date. We will notify you by email once your order has shipped. While we intend to meet the estimated release window, publication and shipping timelines for a debut printing can shift, and we'll keep you updated if that happens.

Pricing and Payment

Current preorder pricing is $20.99 per book (1–9 copies) or $19.99 per book (10+ copies), plus a flat shipping charge based on order size: $7 (1–3 books), $11 (4–9 books), or $20 (10–30 books). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may request a cancellation and full refund of your preorder at any time before your book ships by contacting us at the email below. Once your book has shipped, our standard return policy applies: if your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery for a replacement copy.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, though we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.

Intellectual Property

Birds of a Feather, its text, illustrations, and cover art are the property of Lisa A. Craig and Third Haven Press. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
